Professional Development
“Development, whether personal or professional, is always ongoing; whether it is listening to insightful recordings in the car, reading or participating in various professional groups. Living out the principles I believe others could usefully adopt, being authentic and doing what I find personally fulfilling is all part of that development on an ongoing basis.”
